Cancellation rights in connection with the Mergers
If you are an existing policyholder of ACS or AXA ART, you may have the right to cancel your policy as a result of the Mergers should you wish to exercise that right.
Please consult the table of countries below to determine whether cancellation rights are available under the laws relevant to your policy.
A country's laws will be relevant to your policy if you satisfy any of the criteria listed in the middle column of the below table. Generally, a country will be relevant to you if you have an insured risk in any of the below countries. For property insurance, this would mean the country within which the property is located and, for vehicle insurance, the country within which the vehicle is registered. If the above does not apply to you however, you may have termination rights based on the country within which you are resident. If you have any questions, please refer to "Further Information Section".
Please note that the cancellation rights specified below are your cancellation rights in connection with the Merger only. They are separate and additional to any cancellation rights you may have under the terms of your policy.
