XL Group plc’s (“XL” or the “Company”) (NYSE: XL) insurance operations today announced it has appointed David Lineham to its political risk and trade credit team.
Taking up the position of a senior underwriter in the team, Mr. Lineham brings with him a wealth of experience gained with law firm Clyde and Co, where he worked as a litigator with a focus on political risk legal matters.
More recently he joined Aspen in 2007 as an underwriter in its Financial and Political Risk team, before joining Marsh as one of the brokers’ senior team members in their Political Risk and Structured Credit practice.
