XL Catlin’s insurance operation appoints Elina Selin as Head of Claims EMEA

XL Catlin’s insurance operation today announced the appointment of Elina Selin as Head of Claims EMEA. In her new role, Ms. Selin will be responsible for leading XL Catlin’s claims teams in 12 countries. Commenting on the appointment, David Miller, Chief Regional Claims Officer for International Claims & Global Claims Operations, said: “Outstanding claims service is a real differentiator in the insurance industry. Ms. Selin brings with her over 30 years of experience in a variety of claims management roles held across the EMEA region, including Sweden and Switzerland. Ms. Selin has a Law degree (LLM) from the Turku University in Finland.
