XL Catlin Names Stephen S. Oh as President of Excess & Surplus operations in the US

XL Catlin has appointed Stephen S. Oh to lead its Excess & Surplus (E&S) business. As President of XL Catlin’s multi-line E&S operation in the US, he will direct regional underwriting operations, product distribution & development as well as strategic growth plans.Based in New York, Mr. Oh reports to Joe Tocco, Chief Executive of XL Catlin’s Americas region.
