Our compensation package is designed to attract and retain talented people to deliver sustainably high levels of performance to ensure the ongoing success of AXA XL and AXA Group.
Base salary: a market informed competitive salary which considers organizational responsibility, professional experience and skills required of the role.
Incentive pay: an opportunity for you to be rewarded annually for your contribution towards AXA XL and AXA Group achieving its goals through our
discretionary annual bonus plan. Senior roles may also receive discretionary long-term incentive awards, subject to any plan rules in place.
